Send your flower order for Ella online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Dhowa Buddha Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Ella is 18:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Bandarawela East, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at EKHO Ella, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Laura should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Before ordering for a guest at Wood Gold Ella, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Ella - Wellawaya Road is the listed address of EKHO Ella; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at B/Kirinda Vidyalaya? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dowa Vidyalaya, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Heeloya Sri Sumangala Vidyalaya, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Dhowa Rajamaha Viharaya, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Rathmalkanda Meditation center, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Medical Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If the recipient works at Local Council Ella, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in Bandarawela West, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Green Door, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
