Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kalpitiya. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Kalpitiya. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for The Rascals Kite Resort, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Before ordering for a guest at Sun Wind Beach, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Cocodance Kite Resort before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The Rascals Kite Resort has a listed address of Pitchchaitambi Thottam, Anawasal; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Dutch Reformed Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Grand Mosque Kurinchipity, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St. Sebastian Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Base Hospital B Kalpitiya, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For a table booked at I Monelli, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
