You do not need to be in Thimbirigasyaya to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Nalanda War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Henry Steel Olcott is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
The same-day ordering cutoff in Thimbirigasyaya is 18:00, local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For a recipient whose address is in Ethulkotte, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a recipient at Leprosy Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. When the recipient is at Lions Club Eye Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
A delivery for De La Salle College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Good Shepherd Convent, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at St.Anthony's College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Sri Ponnambalawaneswaram Kovil, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Wolvendaal Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Brighten Rest, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Hekitta Mental Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
For a recipient at Customs Inspections, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Ethulkotte West, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Liveramentu Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at A&D Food Centre needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a guest at Hotel Mizuki Plaza, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
