Flower Delivery in Alvhem — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Alvhem

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check that Thorskogs Grand Manor House can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

A tribute addressed to Sankt Peders kyrkogård should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Skepplanda Pizzeria needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
