Sending Flowers to Schools in Falla

When several people are giving the flowers together at Bergska Skolan, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Högalidsskolan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Nyhemsskolan, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Falla

For a service at Skeppet, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Slottskapellet, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

Flower Delivery in Falla — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Falla

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Grosvad, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Joans, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
