You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to someone in Hagfors without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Ekshäradspelaren in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day flower delivery in Hagfors has an ordering deadline of 14:00, measured in local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Björkliden, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the recipient is staying at Värmland Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to Wärdshuset Pilgrimen? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A delivery for Forsskolan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Kyrkhedens skola, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Älvstrandens bildningscenter, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Gustav Adolfs kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Hagfors kyrka are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Norra Råda kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotell Monica, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Ambulansstation, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When ordering for a recipient at Hagfors stadshus, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For an address in Björnängen, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Ekshärads Begravningsbyrå before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
A delivery timed for a meal at Kronan needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
