Sending flowers to someone at Frykenskolan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Holmesskolan, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Oleby skola, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

Flower Delivery in Oleby — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Oleby

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Valbergsängen, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before placing a workplace order for Kommunhuset, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at NOMAD, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
