Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Kavlinge. Sending Flowers to Hotels in Kavlinge

Before ordering for a guest at Best Western Hotel 23, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Kavlinge

Before sending flowers to Annelundsskolan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Lackalängaskolan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Ljungenskolan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Kavlinge

Flowers for a service at Högs kyrka are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Stävie kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Virke kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in Kavlinge — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kavlinge

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at Badhotellet Barsebäckstrand, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For a recipient whose address is in Arvidsborg, keep that place name in the address you enter.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kävlinge Golfkrog, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
