The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Skogsby. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Skogsby

Before sending flowers to Färjestadens Högstadium, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Förskolan Bärnstenen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ölands friskola, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Skogsby

If the service takes place at Nådens kapell, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Torslunda kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Skogsby — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Skogsby

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at skansen, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Pizzeria Shiponja needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
