For a delivery to a teacher at Popskolan, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Rydbo skola, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Sjökarbyskolan is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Flower Delivery in Stava — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Stava

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check that The Public Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Address flowers for someone at Gillingebanan with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When entering an address in Båtstorp, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

For a tribute intended for Garnsvikens begravningsplats, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Berga Sushi, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
