What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of The Public Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For an address in Hacksta, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?
