If the service takes place at Baskemölla kapell, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Rörums kyrka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sankt Nicolai kapell, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.

Flower Delivery in Vik — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Vik

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For a guest at Rörums Gårdshotell, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Nyhem, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Franskans Creperie needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
