A flower order for Distretto di Lugano can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Garden of the Righteous are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Rainis and Aspazija monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 15:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Distretto di Lugano. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When the destination is in Cassarate, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the recipient is staying at Novotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending flowers to Centro scolastico di Collina d'Oro, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Scuola Media di Breganzona? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant'Abbondio, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Chiesa Santa Maria di Pazzalino are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Continental Parkhotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A flower order for a recipient at Ferraroli ESP needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Address flowers for someone at Ufficio Regionale Pregassona with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Castagnola, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Camera ardente, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. For a tribute intended for Sant'Abbondio Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Agriturismo Alpe Zalto, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
