For a delivery to a teacher at Scuola Elementare, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Morcote

If the service takes place at Chiesa di San Rocco, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Oratorio di Sant'Antonio da Padova, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Chiesa di Santa Maria del Sasso, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Morcote City Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

Where the delivery address includes Residenza Miralago, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Al Battello, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
