More About Flower Delivery in Rubigen

How to Order Flowers for Rubigen

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Rubigen

When several people are giving the flowers together at Humanus-Haus, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Primarschule Rubigen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Schulhaus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Rubigen

When a funeral service is held at Reformierte Kirche Kleinhöchstetten, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.

Flower Delivery in Rubigen — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Rubigen

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Gemeindeverwaltung, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Krone, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
