You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You do not need to be in St. Niklaus to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Bergführerdenkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for St. Niklaus close at 15:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For a recipient whose address is in Bord, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to La Réserve, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Alpenrosli should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a service at Pfarrkirche St. Niklaus, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Kapelle Mattsand, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Kapelle Rittinen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Bergfreund, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If the destination is in Feld, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bordierhütte, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
