Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Steinen

When a funeral service is held at Pfarrkirche St. Jakob, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kapelle in der Au, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Kapelle zum Grossen Herrgott, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in Steinen — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Steinen

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Gemeindeverwaltung should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Öffentliches Personalrestaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
