Send flowers to Dushanbe from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Victory Park in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Dushanbe is 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Ispechak, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hyatt Regency Dushanbe, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Almaz, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Hotel Vakhsh? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The listed address for Hyatt Regency Dushanbe is хиёбони Исмоили Сомонӣ 26/1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for iCenter is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at "Abdurahmoni Jomi" School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Gymnasium Hotam PV, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Mevlana Yakub Charki Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at River of Life Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Dushanbe Infectious Clinical Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When ordering for a recipient at Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a table booked at Al Sham Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
