Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Babati. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If you are sending flowers to someone at Manyara regional referral Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Mrara Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a patient at NHIF room at Mrara hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. For delivery details relating to Manyara regional referral Hospital, its listed address is Miyomboni; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.

When a funeral service is held at Elimu Pentecostal Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Free Pentecostal Church of Tanzania, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at K.K.K.T Mrara Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at National Health Insurance Fund Manyara should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Ango restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A delivery for Bagara secondary school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Before sending flowers to Komoto secondary school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
