Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Kivule? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
If the service takes place at Parokia ya Kitunda, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for kipunguni B hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When ordering for a recipient at Kivule ward office, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
