The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Mwananyamala. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A flower order for a recipient at International Eye Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. The address given for International Eye Hospital is Bagamoyo; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Victoria Inn, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check with Bakule executive lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Before ordering for a guest at De Mage Plaza, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. You will find Victoria Inn listed at Itaga Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Copy cat Tanzania, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
