For a recipient in Mwaseni, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Mwaseni is 16:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Selous Sunset Lodge, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Africa Safari Selous should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Victor's Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
