A florist in Rau handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Askari is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Rau is 16:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
If you are sending to a guest of Salinero Kilimanjaro Villa, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Panama Garden Resort Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at UWC East Africa (Moshi Campus), put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to St Mary Goreti Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Uru Academy Pre and Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Hindu Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at KKKT-Moshi Mjini, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at KRISTU MFALME MOSHI, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Hartebeest View Lodge, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a recipient at Kiboriloni dispensary, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at TANESCO - Kilimanjaro, region office, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Kitchen Flavour needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
