You do not need to be in Ban Du to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Ban Pa Daeng, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Siri Chai Mansion, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to The Grandiose Hotel Chiang Rai? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Mareeruk School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Chiang Rai International School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Chiang Rai Municipal School 7 (Fangmin), put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Wat Pratad Jom Sak, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at CHF Ministry Center, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Le Méridien Chiang Rai Resort, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
An order addressed to Bureau Of Registration Administration ChiangRai Branch Office should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a table booked at Oshine Chignarai, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
