A florist in Ban Suan handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Check with Melilla Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The address for Melilla Hotel is given as Tambon Tan Tia; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ban Muang Ta Muk School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ban Suan Municipality School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Si Maha Po School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Wat Hua Fui are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Wat Kung Yang Yai, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Wat Nong Thong, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Ban Suan Township Municipality Office, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
