Flower Delivery in Chatuchak

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Baiyoke Sky Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.

For a patient at Nonthavej Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.

Before sending to a workplace such as Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

For a recipient whose address is in Mae Niew, keep that place name in the address you enter.

For a tribute intended for Bangkok Protestant Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Haidilao Hot Pot, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.

Before ordering for a guest at Double DD house, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

For a guest at Casa le Damuz Hometel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
