You do not need to be in Hat Yai to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Prince Mahidol Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in The Key Khlong Hae, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Sena Narong Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending flowers to Saengthong Vitthaya School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at PSU.Wittayanusorn School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Hatyai Wittayalai Somboonkulkanya School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chinese Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Chue Chang Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Mongkhon Thepharam Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Crystal Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Dental Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
An order addressed to Hat Yai City Municipality should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a table booked at MK Restaurants, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
If you are sending to a guest of The Florida Hotel Hat Yai, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
