You can send flowers to someone in Ngao even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ngao is 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For a recipient whose address is in Ban Don Chai, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the service takes place at Mon Sai Thong Phothisat Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Wat Donmoon, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Wat Pamank temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Ngao Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For flowers addressed to someone at Ngao district office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Ban Khum.
