For delivery on the same day in Phra Nakhon, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For a recipient whose address is in Phra Borom Maha Ratchawang, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are sending to a guest of Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Sending to Pullman Bangkok Hotel G? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address for Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri is given as Soi Mahatlek - Luang 1, Ratchadamri Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan 153/2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at The Bangkok School for The blind, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Patumwan Demonstration School, Srinakharinwirot University, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Rachawinit School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Wat Phra Kaew are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Holy Rosary Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Wat Bowon Niwet Ratchaworawihan, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Somdech Phra Pinklao Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
An order for a staff member at Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in Sieng Kong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending a tribute to Bangkok Protestant Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Sirocco, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a patient at Huachiew TCM, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Thian Fah Foundation Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
