The same-day ordering cutoff in Bou Argoub is 14:00, local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Hay Hached, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Riadh Andalus, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending flowers to Collège Bou Argoub, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée Seondaire Bou Argoub? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for École Primaire Ibn Bassem is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Le Château can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the recipient works at Centre d'entretien de Turki, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Dar Ranim, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
