You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to someone in Carthage Plage without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Saint Louis Cathedral are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by The Ship monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Carthage Plage close at 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Amilcar.
Check that Dar el Kif can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Amilcar, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Hôtel Sidi Bou Said? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The listed address for Dar el Kif is نهج 2 مارس 1934 18; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée Carthage Présidence, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at École Primaire Bouebdelli, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to École Nationale Tunisienne de Tatouage, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Chapelle Sainte Monqiue, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Marabout Sidi Ghimrini, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Emergency needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending to a workplace such as Presidential Palace, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For someone in Cité el Bank, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a table booked at Le Gavroche, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
