Sending Flowers to Schools in Le Kram

For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Sidi Amor, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Collège cité Salema, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Flower Delivery in Le Kram — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Le Kram

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at CNRPS Salambo, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at China Town Resto, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
