Sending Flowers to Schools in Douz

A delivery for La Grande École is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée Al Ahd Al Jadid? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École 18 janvier, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Hotel El Mouradi Douz, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
