You do not need to be in Matmata to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Sidi Driss, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For a guest at Hotel Ksar, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When a funeral service is held at Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Sidi Ali Azzouz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Sidi El Hadj Saleh - zaouia, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Diar El Barbar Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Café Restaurant Les Troglodytes, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
