You do not need to be in Ekinozu to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Ekinozu, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Maarif, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When a funeral service is held at Orta İçmeler Camii, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Yukarı İçmeler Camii, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Ekinözü Kaymakamlık Lojmanı, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Öztürk.
