Flower Delivery in Gulagzi — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Gulagzi

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Egehan Otel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For flowers addressed to someone at AFAD Muğla İl Müdürlüğü, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Köprübaşı, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Alabi needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
