Sending Flowers to Schools in sile

Before sending flowers to Ahmetli Yahşi Bey İlkokulu, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Ağva Atatürk Ortaokulu is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Balibey İlkokulu, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Ağva Nostalji Butik Otel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Nostalji Cafe & Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
