Send your flower order for Balkan online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Paraw Bibi is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Balkan. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For someone in ŸJT 213, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at School N#9, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Guwender baba, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Gyzylymam metjidi are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Mashat Ata, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Balkan Province Statistics Department, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Lezzet, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
