For a recipient in Berdjansk, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as A boy with fish are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Jewish Mass Grave is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Koloniia, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check that Domik u morya can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel "Euro", supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Sunrise, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Підгірна вулиця 181а is the listed address of Domik u morya; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Berdyansk sanatorium educational boarding school I-III levels, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at School №6? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at MR RES GUP "Tavriia-Energo", check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Where the delivery address includes Matros'ka slobidka, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Panorama, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
