A flower order for Uman can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Honta and Zalizniak monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Jewish Mass Grave are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 13:30 local time for same-day flowers in Uman. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Skhidnyi Microdistrict, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Fortetsja, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Hotel Lomo & Restaurant, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check that Melania can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. You will find Fortetsja listed at Фортечна вулиця 52; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Uman Lyceum №1, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Wooden church of St. Micheal the archangel, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at SDA church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Ohel Yechiel Mechel - Feder, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Malina, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
