The order must be placed before 13:30 local time for same-day flowers in Vatutine. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For a delivery to a teacher at Ватутінська спеціалізована школа I-III ступенів №1, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Загальноосвітня школа I-III ступенів №1 із поглибленним вивченням англійської мови? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
