Send your flower order for Yalta online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Alexander III is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Order before 13:30 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Yalta. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in 9 microdistrict, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Tavrida, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at Villa Sofia should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When addressing flowers to a guest at Svetlana, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. набережная Ленина 13 is the listed address of Tavrida; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at School of the Future? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for School No. 11 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at School No. 7, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Дерекой Джамі (Dereköy Cami), ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at The Romanov Family Chapel of the Holy A.D. Life-Giving Cross, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Yalta city council should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For a recipient whose address is in Жилой комплекс «Sky plaza», keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Gussi needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
