A florist in Al Bandar handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Al Bandar, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of violet hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as ministry of health, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Porch, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
