You can order flowers for Al Heera online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Al Heera.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Dana Al Buhairah Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Verona Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Al Bassaer private school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Al Nakhailat School fro Basic education C/1 Girls is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at The Emirates National School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Al Corniche Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If the destination is in Naymiyah 3, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Al Tawar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
