Send your flower order for Bashley online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Burley War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Hordle War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. An address in Ashley should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A flower order for someone staying at East Close Country House Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When a funeral service is held at St Mark, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at St Mary Magdalene are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at St. Peter's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Premier Inn Hordle, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When entering an address in Iford, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Wessex Funeral Services before using it as the address for a funeral tribute. If flowers are going to Ringwood Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Old Station Tea Rooms, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
