Same Day Delivery
A florist in Billingham handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as BILLINGHAM PEAVE GARDEN 'DOVE' are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Billingham is 18:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Billingham Green, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at St Michael's Catholic Academy, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at St Mary Magdalene, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at St Aidan, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at St Cuthbert's Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Billingham Town Council with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in High Clarence, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Li Wah needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
