You’ll pick the city and day on the product
A florist in Brechin handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Brechin is 18:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Rossie Island, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Northern Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For delivery details relating to Northern Hotel, its listed address is Clerk Street 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Brechin High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Andover Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Stracathro Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Brechin Cathedral, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Gardner Memorial Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at The Salvation Army - Brechin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Stracathro Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For flowers addressed to someone at Brechin City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Borrowfield, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at Chinese Vista, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
