You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Breckland. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. 'Allo 'Allo is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Fersfield Airfiled are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For a recipient whose address is in Kingsfleet, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a guest at Lynford Hall, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at The Crown Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Bylaugh Hall before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Lynford Hall has a listed address of Lynford Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for St Andrew's CofE VA Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Thomas Bullock Church of England Primary and Nursery Academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Hargham All Saints, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at All Saints' Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Saint Leonards, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Sovereign Gate, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Thetford Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Stag Carvery Restaurant & Bar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
