A florist in Caerhun handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Marquis of Anglesey Column in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Britannia Bridge Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Caerhun, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For someone in Maesgeirchen, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Gazelle Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Gwesty Eryl Mor, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Ysgol David Hughes, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at St Gerards School Trust, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Ysgol Pen-y-bryn is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Jerusalem are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at St Edwen, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at St Tysilio's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Travelodge? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a recipient at Natural Resources Wales, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Garth, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If flowers are going to Church Island, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cosyn Cymru, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
