You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Chipping Sodbury from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Somerset Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Wickwar War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For a recipient whose address is in Downend, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Rounceval House Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Pool Farm Motel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at The Old Bank Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The street address listed for Rounceval House Hotel is Rounceval Street 64; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to St John's Mead Church of England Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Saint Mary Magdalene, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at St James the Elder, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at St James the Less, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Chipping Sodbury Town Hall, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
An address in Fishponds should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A tribute addressed to Westerleigh Crematorium and Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Greek Village, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
